Welcome to MyUdyogini, a platform that empowers women entrepreneurs by providing them a space to showcase and sell their products and services. As a multivendor marketplace, each vendor operates their own independent store within our platform.
1. Vendor-Controlled Policies
Each vendor on MyUdyogini is responsible for managing their own:
- Delivery/Shipping timelines
- Shipping partners and methods
- Return, replacement, and refund policies
- Customer service and support related to their products or services
You can find specific delivery and return policies listed on the respective vendor’s store page or product listing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times, charges, and availability may vary depending on:
- The vendor’s location
- Your delivery address
- The nature of the product/service
Please check the vendor’s store or contact them directly for delivery details before placing an order.
3. Returns & Refunds
All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made in accordance with the individual vendor’s policy. Some vendors may offer returns, while others may operate on a no-return or final sale basis.
MyUdyogini does not process or manage returns or refunds on behalf of vendors.
Any concerns or disputes related to returns must be resolved directly with the vendor.
4. Our Role and Responsibility
MyUdyogini is a facilitator and not a seller.
We provide a platform for vendors and buyers to connect, but we do not:
- Handle or dispatch products
- Guarantee delivery dates or conditions
- Offer or enforce return/refund policies
- Mediate disputes or claims between buyers and vendors
We encourage all customers to carefully review the vendor’s store policies and communicate directly with vendors for clarity before making a purchase.
